By accessing or using the Tour Tirana website and booking any of our tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Tour Bookings

All tour bookings are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and language.

By completing a booking, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you understand the tour format (free, paid, or private).

Free Walking Tours

The free walking tour has no booking fee. It operates on a tips-based model where guests are invited to tip their guide at the end of the tour based on their experience. Tipping is voluntary and there is no minimum amount.

Paid and Private Tours

Paid tours and private experiences are priced as listed at the time of booking. Payment details and methods will be communicated during the booking process.

Private tours require advance coordination. Pricing may vary based on group size, duration, and specific requests.

Cancellations and Refunds

Free tours can be cancelled at any time without charge.

Paid tours may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour may not be eligible for a refund.

Tour Tirana reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to extreme weather, insufficient group size, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or rescheduling.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to arrive at the meeting point on time. Late arrivals may not be able to join the tour if the group has already departed.

Guests participate in tours at their own risk. Tour Tirana is not liable for personal injuries, loss of property, or any damages incurred during a tour.

We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward guides, other participants, and the local community.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Tour Tirana website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Tour Tirana and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Tour Tirana strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. Tour Tirana shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our website or participation in our tours.

Changes to These Terms

Tour Tirana reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
